- Candidate application data — resumes, work history, LinkedIn profile, location, salary expectations, and any information you submit through application or screening forms.
- Company data — company name, website, and hiring requirements submitted at registration.
- Screening and interview content — responses, transcripts, and recordings generated during AI or human-led screening interviews you take part in.
- Usage data — pages visited and interactions with the platform, collected automatically to keep the product working and to improve it.
How we use your information
- To match candidates with relevant open roles and to present candidates to hiring companies.
- To run AI-assisted resume screening and mock/real interview scoring.
- To communicate with you about applications, invites, and account activity.
- To maintain the security and reliability of the platform.
Sharing your information
Candidate application data is shared with the hiring company for the specific role(s) a candidate applies to or is shortlisted for. We use third-party service providers — including email delivery, cloud hosting, and AI processing providers — to operate the platform; these providers only receive the data needed to perform their function and are bound by confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
We retain candidate and company data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see Contact below.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Where applicable law requires additional rights (such as data portability), we will honor those requests.
Security
