The focus is on building and scaling primary healthcare, diagnostic services, pathology, preventive healthcare, and technology-enabled healthcare delivery. The roles span strategy, business development, operations, supply chain, program management, technology, HR, and other leadership functions, with a focus on business and functional leadership rather than clinical roles.

Compensation
₹50 LPA–₹2 Cr+.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop growth opportunities in primary healthcare, diagnostics, and preventive healthcare.
Build partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic chains, corporates, insurers, and government bodies.
Develop procurement and supply chain strategies for diagnostic equipment, medical devices, and healthcare infrastructure.
Lead execution of large-scale healthcare and diagnostics expansion projects.
Build and scale healthcare technology platforms, including LIMS, HIS, and patient management solutions.
Drive operational efficiency, process standardization, and service quality across locations.
Develop organizational structures, talent strategies, and leadership hiring pipelines.
Support business strategy, investment evaluation, and new healthcare business models.
Must Have
Experience in healthcare services, diagnostics, hospital administration, or healthcare technology.
Background in hospital chains, diagnostic networks, pathology labs, or healthcare start-ups.
Familiarity with healthcare operations, regulatory environments, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH/NABL).
Proven ability to manage large teams, multi-location operations, or business expansion.
Experience in strategic partnerships, procurement, or healthcare technology leadership.
Good to Have
Experience with organizations like Dr. Lal PathLabs, Metropolis Healthcare, SRL Diagnostics, or Apollo Hospitals.
Background in management consulting, corporate development, or M&A in healthcare.
Knowledge of AI/ML applications in diagnostics or healthcare technology.
Experience in large-scale healthcare service delivery or diagnostic chain expansion.
Familiarity with healthcare SaaS, laboratory automation, or medical devices.
