Compensation

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close defence opportunities with government and global partners.
Build and manage a vendor base for complex defence components and drive indigenisation.
Deliver large, multi-year defence programmes across design, production, and testing.
Develop advanced technologies like radar, EO/IR payloads, autonomy, and quantum systems.
Establish HR frameworks for a new vertical, including specialist and security-sensitive hiring.
Must Have
Experience in defence, aerospace, advanced electronics, or deep-tech domains.
Background in defence procurement, regulatory, or certification environments.
Exposure to systems like missiles, UAVs, radar, or advanced sensors.
Experience at DPSUs, defence start-ups, OEMs, global aerospace firms, or research labs.
Eligibility for security and background verification.
Good to Have
PMP or equivalent certification for project management roles.
Experience in indigenisation and make-in-India sourcing initiatives.
Background in ex-services with procurement or programme management exposure.
Hands-on work in advanced R&D, DRDO labs, or deep-tech start-ups.
HR leadership experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or high-growth tech.
