The role involves leading technology strategy, architecture, engineering excellence, and AI innovation, reporting to the leadership team. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.
Align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy.
Oversee platform design, development, scalability, and reliability.
Drive innovation in AI, machine learning, automation, and analytics.
Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
Guide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation.
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams.
Ensure platform compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve customer issues.
Represent technology in enterprise deals, RFPs, and security reviews.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field from a tier-1 institute.
Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.
Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
Experience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data-driven products.
Experience managing engineering teams in startup or growth-stage environments.
Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.
Good to Have
Experience in organizational data synthesis, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
Experience with microservices architecture and scalable cloud-native systems.
Understanding of enterprise integrations and data security frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-led development.
