Client Partner - Edtech
Overview
A leading global B2B technology company with $1B+ revenue and 14,600–20,000 employees is hiring a Client Partner specializing in EdTech and Digital Learning. The role involves managing key US client relationships, leading globally distributed teams, and delivering AI-native solutions, digital content services, and modern learning platforms. This position reports to senior leadership and offers the opportunity to drive innovation in the EdTech sector.
Location & Work Mode
Based in New York City/New Jersey.
Compensation
$200,000–$240,000 fixed salary.
15–20% variable pay.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for US-based clients, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
Build long-term partnerships by addressing curriculum needs and strategic learning goals.
Drive account growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across portfolios.
Own annual P&L responsibility, ensuring profitability and revenue growth.
Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize operational efficiencies.
Develop and execute account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals.
Ensure delivery excellence in digital publishing, platform modernization, and data engineering.
Stay ahead of EdTech trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with technology teams to design innovative learning solutions leveraging AI and analytics.
Propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-native architectures.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven success leading large, globally distributed teams.
Direct P&L ownership of $5–6M with consistent revenue growth and profitability.
Strong understanding of EdTech challenges, AI-native personalization, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with analytics, cloud ecosystems, and AI-driven solutioning.
Good to Have
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge of higher education, K-12 publishing, and digital content standards.
Experience with learning analytics, dashboards, and predictive models.
Insights on modern learning experience design and EdTech frameworks.
Understanding of compliance standards like FERPA, COPPA, and WCAG.
