A seed-funded edtech startup focused on premium entrepreneurship and startup leadership programs is hiring for a high-impact role in the Founder’s Office. The role involves building and scaling the organization’s startup ecosystem and partnerships engine, working closely with founders, senior operators, VCs, and hiring leaders. The company has raised ~$4.14M and generated ₹11.4 crore in revenue for FY25, with a team of ~41 employees.
Location & Work Mode
Bangalore-based role.
Compensation
CTC: ₹45–60 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the organization across the startup, VC, and business ecosystem.
Build and manage high-trust relationships with founders, operators, investors, and senior hiring stakeholders.
Create and unlock high-quality career, internship, and strategic opportunities.
Drive partnerships and initiatives from idea to execution.
Build scalable processes and systems to strengthen the partnerships engine.
Work closely with the leadership team on high-priority, strategic initiatives.
Must Have
Experience in startups, VC, consulting, sales, partnerships, or business development.
Proven track record of building relationships and driving measurable business outcomes.
Experience solving 0→1 problems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Tier-1 undergraduate or postgraduate education preferred.
Good to Have
Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and building the next generation of founders and operators.
