Senior Program Manager
Overview
A seed-funded edtech company focused on premium entrepreneurship and startup leadership programs is hiring a Senior Program Manager. The role involves building and scaling initiatives that connect students with the startup ecosystem and reports to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with ₹11.4 crore in projected FY25 revenue and a team of ~41 employees.
The role is based in Bangalore and offers a chance to drive measurable outcomes in a dynamic, unstructured setting.
Location & Work Mode
Bangalore-based role.
Compensation
CTC: ₹25–30 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with founders, operators, hiring managers, and investors.
Create and manage opportunities across internships, full-time roles, and projects.
Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing student base.
Drive initiatives end-to-end and manage multiple stakeholders.
Represent the institution across the startup ecosystem.
Must Have
Experience in program management, partnerships, BD, sales, or similar roles.
Experience in a high-quality startup, VC, or fast-paced organization.
Strong track record of solving 0→1 problems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Tier-1 UG/PG education.
Good to Have
High ownership and comfort working in an unstructured environment.
