Security & Compliance Lead
Overview
A global gaming and blockchain company is hiring a Security & Compliance Lead to define and implement its global security strategy, including operational security, AI security, and compliance frameworks. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Engineering, this role involves working with cross-functional teams and leadership to position security as a business enabler. The company has a legacy in the gaming industry and is building its presence in India to support global operations.
Location & Work Mode
Based in Delhi, India.
Full-time, in-office role at Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura.
Work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities
Define and implement global security strategy, including operational security, AI security, and compliance frameworks.
Develop and oversee security and compliance policy frameworks and monitor organizational risk management.
Implement compliance tools and workflows for evidence collection and audit readiness.
Establish and manage internal audit programs and coordinate with external auditors.
Build strategic relationships across departments to align on security initiatives.
Oversee incident response programs and provide strategic direction on major incidents.
Champion AI and automation initiatives to improve compliance process efficiency.
Present security and compliance updates to executive leadership and the board.
Must Have
Experience in information security and compliance roles with strategic leadership responsibilities.
Knowledge of security frameworks, operational security, AI security, and compliance standards.
Experience implementing compliance management platforms like Sprinto, Vanta, or Drata.
Proven ability to lead incident response programs and manage complex security incidents.
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across organizational levels.
Good to Have
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
Expertise in AI security and emerging technology risk management.
Experience designing security automation and orchestration strategies.
Track record of advising board-level committees on security and risk matters.
