ABOUT THE ROLE
Employee Transport Services (ETS) is a high-potential business vertical being launched to leverage our existing
mobility assets — fleet, drivers, and operations infrastructure — to serve corporate clients. The ETS Manager will
be the founding leader of this vertical, responsible for building the business from the ground up — from client
acquisition to operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate clients for employee transportation requirements.
→ Develop service proposals, pricing models, and SLA frameworks tailored to client needs.
→ Serve as the primary relationship owner for all ETS clients — ensuring satisfaction and retention.
→ Coordinate with the internal Operations team to ensure on-ground service delivery meets committed
standards.
→ Define the operational playbook for ETS including routing, driver allocation, escalation handling, and
reporting.
→ Track revenue, margins, and operational KPIs for the ETS vertical and report to leadership.
→ Explore upsell opportunities and expand wallet share within existing client accounts.
Must Have
2–8 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably in fleet management, logistics, or facility
services.
Proven track record of independently acquiring and managing corporate clients.
Strong commercial acumen — able to build P&L models, pricing structures, and business cases.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders at client organisations.
Good to Have
◦ Prior experience in an ETS, cab aggregator, or fleet-based B2B service company.
◦ Network of HR, Admin, and Procurement contacts in Bengaluru's corporate ecosystem.
