J.8 Head of Careers
About the Role
About the Role
Overview - A new-age global business school is hiring Head of Careers. Looking for a partnerships leader with 7+ years of experience, a strong global employer network, proven ability to close senior-level partnerships, and experience building teams/functions and owning placement outcomes end-to-end.
Location - While you will be based out of Guragon, you will travel across Dubai/Uk/EU/US
Key Responsibilities
Employer Partnerships: Build and own relationships with companies across global markets - from high-growth startups to Fortune 500s. Open the doors that get our students in the room.
International Placements: Crack internships and full-time roles for our students across global hubs.
Placement Strategy: Design the end-to-end careers journey, from early-stage student readiness and skill-building to interview prep, employer connects, and final offers.
Student Coaching & Mentorship Systems: Set up the systems that get students ready for global employers - structured workshops, 1:1 coaching sessions, networking sessions, and mock interviews. Help them think like operators, not just
candidates.
Build the Careers Team: Build the careers and placements function from the ground up - the strategy, systems, and team. Hire, lead, and scale a team that operates across geographies and owns student outcomes end to end.
Outcomes & Accountability: Own placement metrics end to end - quality of roles, salary benchmarks, and geographic spread.
