Overview
A leading consumer brand is hiring a Quick Commerce Specialist to own and scale the business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other Q-commerce platforms. The role will focus on platform growth, P&L, profitability, availability, and strategic partner management. The CTC will be around 27-35 LPA + 10% variable
What You’ll Do
Own relationships with key Q-commerce platforms and category teams.
Drive revenue, growth, margins, and profitability across accounts.
Own account-level P&L, pricing, promotions, margins, and spends.
Build joint business plans and drive monthly and quarterly targets.
Negotiate visibility, promotions, launches, and commercial terms.
Track inventory, availability, fill rates, and stock-outs.
Drive new product launches, category expansion, and assortment optimisation.
Analyse platform, city, and SKU-level performance to identify growth opportunities.
Must Have
4–10 years of experience in Quick Commerce, Key Account Management, or e-commerce.
Experience managing Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or similar platforms.
Experience with a D2C, FMCG, or consumer brand.
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience owning revenue, margins, and P&L.
Strong analytical skills with comfort working with sales, inventory, and profitability data.
Strong understanding of Q-commerce operations, assortment, availability, and promotions.
Good to Have
Experience scaling Q-commerce business profitably and sustainably.
Strong understanding of platform/category dynamics and competitive trends.
Experience working closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Category teams.
Proven track record of driving growth, profitability, availability, and category share.
Comfortable with frequent travel for platform meetings, market visits, and dark-store checks.
