A leading global business school in the higher education sector is hiring a Head of B2B Partnerships to lead its global agent network and student recruitment efforts. This leadership role involves defining strategy, building a team, setting commercial frameworks, and driving enrollment outcomes across regions. The role collaborates closely with marketing, admissions, and leadership to make the agent channel a core growth engine for master's programs.
CTC is around 40L-60L fixed plus 20% variable.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end B2B and agent network charter, from market prioritization to enrollment delivery.
Define the partnerships playbook, including agent segmentation, commercial terms, and quality benchmarks.
Set region-wise pipeline and enrollment targets aligned with growth plans.
Identify and evaluate new markets, channels, and partnership models.
Hire, build, and lead a team of regional B2B Partnership Managers across markets.
Coach the team on agent engagement, negotiation, and pipeline management.
Forge and nurture strategic relationships with education agencies, consultants, and institutional partners globally.
Represent the company at agent conferences, education fairs, university engagements, and industry forums worldwide.
Track pipeline health, conversion, and enrollment performance across regions.
Ensure agent onboarding, agreements, and payouts follow robust processes and compliance standards.
Must Have
Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or channel management with exposure to international education and student recruitment.
Familiarity with multiple international markets and regional agent ecosystems.
Proven experience building and scaling global education agent networks.
Strong relationships with education agencies and recruitment partners globally.
Experience leading and managing partnerships or sales teams with ownership of targets and performance.
Strong commercial acumen, including agent agreements, commission structures, and channel economics.
Good to Have
Experience recruiting students for postgraduate or master's programs.
Understanding of pipeline management, funnel metrics, and performance reporting.
Experience building functions or teams in a 0→1 or high-growth environment.
Proficiency in one or more international languages.
Willingness and experience traveling extensively for agent meetings, education fairs, and university engagements.
