S.1 AI Deployment Lead (Post Sales Customer deployment success) | USA Remote (Applicant MUST be based in USA)
About the Role
Overview - A well-funded Series A AI startup hiring an AI Deployment Lead (Remote, USA | $120K–150K + $30k Variable).
About the Role
As an AI Deployment Lead, you'll own the success of our customers. You'll partner with CFOs, RCM and coding leaders, and operating teams to turn complex workflows into high-impact AI deployments, then stay close to the account as adoption expands across specialties, locations, and entities.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of consulting, project leadership, customer strategy, and AI deployment. You'll lead a portfolio of strategic accounts, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and own the plan that drives them from initial go-live to measurable financial impact.
To do this, you'll work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales, but you'll own the account's operating rhythm: making sure the right people are aligned.
You'll have room to operate autonomously, shape how health systems and provider groups adopt AI across their revenue cycle, and help define what great enterprise customer ownership looks like.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of strategic provider and platform accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor to customer leadership (CFO, VP RCM, IT Heads, Investors, etc)
Drive complex go-lives from kickoff to launch, building project plans that turn ambiguous revenue cycle goals into clear workstreams, owners, timelines, and success metrics
Partner with engineering to translate customer goals into the right technical approach, ensuring deployments are both operationally successful and technically sound
Lead executive readouts, working sessions, and cross-functional customer meetings with clarity, urgency, and strong follow-through
Identify risks early, unblock stalled work, and bring structure to ambiguous customer environments
Track adoption, ROI, and automation coverage across accounts, using those signals to drive long-term success and expansion
Bring customer learnings back to Product, Engineering, and Sales: deployment patterns, coding edge cases, stakeholder dynamics, process gaps, and unmet needs that shape the platform
Who You Are
Qualifications: MBA or Masters degree preferred
Experience in consulting, enterprise customer success, implementation, RCM or healthcare operations, or another role where you owned complex projects with senior stakeholders
An exceptional problem solver who can quickly understand a customer's revenue cycle, identify what matters, and create a practical path to impact
Strong project management instincts: you create clarity, manage competing priorities, hold stakeholders accountable, and keep momentum through ambiguity
You communicate with precision and presence, whether facilitating a working session with coders and billers or presenting a deployment plan to a CFO
Technically fluent enough to reason through EHR workflows, integrations, coding logic, and AI product behavior, and you know when to pull in deeper technical expertise
Familiarity with medical coding, RCM, or healthcare operations (CPT, ICD-10, E&M, denials, claim workflows) is a strong plus; deep curiosity about the domain is a must
A strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility for customer outcomes
You move with urgency, follow through relentlessly, and keep momentum across customers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders
You want to win. Every account is a unique puzzle, and you're addicted to the feeling of solving it
