critical leadership hiring, strengthen sourcing capabilities, and position the company as a
compelling destination for exceptional, mission-driven talent globally.
Build a Performance Culture
Help create clear scorecards, role expectations, feedback systems, and talent review
mechanisms that drive accountability, meritocracy, and continuous improvement across the
organization.
Institutionalize planning and capacity building
Introduce scalable people processes and organizational practices that enable growth without
bureaucracy. Drive initiatives across organizational design, workforce planning and capability
building to ensure the organization scales ahead of business needs.
Nurture People Capabilities
Help develop the next generation of leaders, with particular emphasis on first-time
managers and emerging leaders. Design interventions that strengthen managerial
effectiveness, leadership behaviours, communication, coaching, decision-making, and global
leadership capabilities.

ownership-oriented as the company grows globally. Translate our values into everyday
behaviours, practices and employee experiences.

● Experience of building and managing multiple HR disciplines, preferably in
high-growth startups or scaling organizations. We believe this might mean 6-10 years
of impactful experience but are flexible with this.
● Proven experience building and running people systems in growth stage startups - not
just operating within a large, already-well established set up. We love doers.
● Referencable , showcaseable achievements in leadership hiring, performance
management, and organizational development.
● High ownership, strong execution orientation, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
