Overview - Funding 100+Cr | Head of Operations | Bangalore | 50-70L fixed | Hiring - Head of Operations for a leading Quick Commerce/E-commerce company in the transportation, logistics, and supply chain sector.
Must have
Looking for candidates with experience leading large-scale operations in the E/Quick Commerce industry. Preferably worked in last mile with leading E/Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Snabbit etc.
Good to have
Proven experience leading large-scale operations in a quick commerce or hyperlocal business.
Strong expertise in operations management, fulfillment, and last-mile logistics.
Experience managing multi-city operations and large cross-functional teams.
Data-driven approach to process optimization, cost efficiency, and service excellence.
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to drive execution across supply, product, and business teams.
